The explosion occurred after reports of a gas odour at the facility.
Experts had been called to address the issue.
Nduthu was one of two people who died in the incident.
Twenty others sustained serious injuries.
Nduthu was a registered nurse and mother of three.
She was known for her dedication and compassion in healthcare.
A fundraiser launched for her family has raised over KSh 2 million.
The campaign aims to cover funeral costs and support her husband and children.
Her colleagues in the US described her as a devoted professional who will be deeply missed.
The funeral is scheduled for 30 December.
Investigations into the cause of the explosion are ongoing.
