Who They Want
- A registered nurse & midwife
- Fully licensed by NMCN as a Nurse Educator
- Master’s degree in Nursing (PhD is a big plus)
- At least 5 years experience teaching nursing
- Strong leadership & admin skills
- Proven research & publications
- A committed Christian who lives ECWA values
- Minimum 6 years left before retirement
What You’ll Do
- Run the day-to-day affairs of the college
- Stand in for the Provost when needed
- Work with faculty and students to keep standards sky-high
- Help bring modern technology into teaching
- Shape policies that will affect thousands of future nurses
