FREE ADMISSION FORMS FOR FEMALE STUDENTS OF KEBBI, SOKOTO AND ZAMFARA STATE ORIGIN SEEKING A NURSING CAREER
Her Excellency Dr Zainab Bagudu has purchased 50 admission forms for prospective entrants into the Kebbi State School of Nursing and Midwifery for Basic Midwifery Program, Post Basic Nursing and Remedial Program for this academic session.
Interested female candidates from the 3 states with minimum entry requirements (Five ordinary level credits in not more than two sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology) should contact Hafiz Ibrahim on +2348034068234 or come to Medicaid Diagnostic office at No 3, Makama Street, Rafin Atiku Area Birnin-Kebbi. Birnin Kebbi from Tuesday, November 14th 2017.
Successful candidates will be monitored and must have a referee and guardian. This is to discourage abuse as candidates have simply refused to turn up for the exam in the past thereby depriving others of the opportunity.
The measure is part of Her Excellency’s resolve to encourage girls enrollment into professional careers especially healthcare sector which is facing an acute shortge of human resource.
It will be recalled that the Governor’s wife has been supporting qualified indigent students with admission opportunities to study in various institutions of higher learning across the state to complement the efforts of the Government in improving the quality of education in the State.
Thank you.
Signed
