  • Monitor and report on breaking news, emerging nursing trends, policy developments, and relevant discussions within the African healthcare landscape, ensuring rapid and accurate dissemination.
  • Foster meaningful audience interaction, community building, and growth through strategic content planning, audience engagement tactics, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to align content with organisational goals, promoting professionalism, patient-centered care, and the empowerment of nurses and healthcare professionals.
  • Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and ethical communication in all outputs.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Highly proactive and responsive, with a commitment to maintaining a strong online presence and addressing real-time opportunities and issues.
  • Alignment with Fellow Nurses Africa’s core values: patient-centered advocacy, professionalism, empowerment of nurses, political awareness in health policy, and holistic well-being through education and community engagement.
  • Background as a registered nurse, nursing student, or healthcare professional is highly desirable and considered a distinct advantage.

What We Offer:

  • An opportunity to grow professionally within a purpose-driven organisation committed to repositioning African healthcare and amplifying the nursing voice.

  • Competitive salary structure.

  • A collaborative environment that values continuous learning, innovation, and meaningful impact.

This is a full-time commitment and is not suitable for those seeking supplementary employment or a secondary role.

If you are deeply committed to elevating the nursing profession, advocating for better health outcomes, and contributing to a stronger, more empowered African nursing community, we invite you to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to Fellow Nurses Africa.
