Lagos Oncology Nurse Wins International DAISY Award for Cancer Care Excellence

Adejumoke Oshojah, an oncology nurse at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), has received the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses in Cancer Care.

The Oncology Nursing Society of Nigeria (ONS-Nigeria) announced the honour on LinkedIn.

The DAISY Award is an international recognition from The DAISY Foundation for outstanding nursing work.

Oshojah was selected for her clinical skill and compassion in supporting cancer patients and their families.

She works daily in oncology, providing care during difficult treatments.

ONS-Nigeria described her as a beacon of hope and professionalism in the field.

The society said the award reflects her commitment to high standards in Nigerian cancer care.

Oshojah is a member of ONS-Nigeria.

The organisation called on others to congratulate her in comments.
