YOU CAN’T MAKE IMPACTS IN NURSING WITHOUT FIRST FALLING IN LOVE WITH IT – Prof Elizabeth Ojo. A professor of nursing has called for the need to first be in love with nursing as this is the precursor to making indelible impacts in the profession. Prof. Elizabeth Ojo who’s the Head Of Department nursing, Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti made this known today at School Of Nursing Ado Ekiti while charging the attendees at the presentation of the Nursing Excellence Awards and catch them young mentorship program Organised by Fellow Nurses Africa. She admonished the the nursing students to embrace advanced nursing educations as this will open doors of opportunities for them. Also in attendance at the programme were Mrs Awoleke who is the Principal of the School, Dr Mrs Ogidan from department of Nursing, EKSU, Deputy Directors Of Nursing services from Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital Ado Ekiti. Mrs Aribo, Vice principal of the school, Nrs Margaret Ayorinde amongst many other dignitaries also graced the occasion. Decency NCLEX academy USA, ably represented by Mr FII Samuel who is the Publicity Director of the organization was in attendance to take the attendees through the process of becoming a USRN. It was a moment filled with Joy and gratitude as winners of the Nursing Excellence were presented their awards during the programme. In her comments, Mrs Awoleke appreciated the organization for bringing such a life transforming programme to the door step of the students.
